Biography

Serse Luigetti, born on August 3, 1949 in Castiglion del Lago (PG) Italy. Discovers the Mail-Art network in late seventies. Since then is active in the postal exchange and with Mail-Art projects (while working as bookseller and publisher). Also interested to visual poetry, his works can be seen on various zines, reviews, catalogues, books, chapbooks, cds, tapes, records, cd roms assembling magazines, web sites all over the world.
